We are so glad to be open again so you can enjoy our one-of-a-kind experience with family or friends. We have procedures in place to make sure all of the necessary precautions to our “experience” are safe for our team and our customers. In order to follow mandated guidelines, the following changes are in place until we enter the next phase.

Procedures and Precautions:

• Based upon the size of the shop, only ten (10) customers can be allowed in at a time.
• Reservations are strongly suggested. If we are not at capacity and do not have upcoming reservations, we will be happy to have you come in and make a product! Please schedule your reservation online or call 630-730-9302 to reserve a date and time. Reservations will only be taken on the hour.
• Modified Hours: Wednesday – Saturday 11:00 am to 7:00 pm, Sunday 11:00 am to 5:00 pm.
• Rinse-free hand wash and soap will be available to all customers prior to beginning the process. All high touch points will be cleaned between customers.
• We have proper safety procedures and protocols in place, and appreciate your patience as we learn to navigate this new normal together.
